Xforms Studio is a private architecture and interior design practice at El Hegaz Street, El-Bostan, Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. This page explains what we do with anything you send us through this website. It is short because we do very little.
Nothing. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no tracking script and no cookie. We do not know who visits, how often, or from where. Every font, script and image is served from this domain, so no third party is contacted when a page loads.
Our host, Cloudflare Pages, keeps standard server logs for security and operational reasons, as any web host does. We do not read them and we do not build any profile from them.
The enquiry form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your telephone number, where the project is, and anything you would like us to know. Only name and email are required. We ask for nothing beyond what we need to reply properly.
If you choose WhatsApp, the message is composed on your device and sent through WhatsApp — the details do not pass through this website at all, and are subject to WhatsApp's own terms.
If you choose email, the form is delivered by Formspree, a form-handling service in the United States, which passes it to us and does not use it for anything else. You can also simply write to [email protected] and skip the form entirely.
We use it to answer you, and to carry on the conversation if it becomes a project. That is all. We do not sell it, rent it, share it with anyone outside the studio, or add you to any mailing list. We do not send marketing.
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within two years. Project correspondence is kept for as long as we are professionally required to hold records of the work, and because a house we designed may need us again in ten years' time.
Write to [email protected] and ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it, and we will confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
Many of our clients expect their homes not to be discussed. We do not publish a client's name, address, or identifying details without their permission, which is why most projects on this site are shown under a design name rather than the owner's. If your project is on this site and you would like it removed or further anonymised, tell us and we will do it.
If this page changes, the date below changes with it. Egyptian law governs this policy.
