 Founded in 2007, Xforms Studio designs private homes across Egypt, the Gulf, and — when the project calls for it — the United States.

We work with a small number of clients each year. Our commissions take time. Most take more than a year, some take three. We don't apologize for that; it's what the work requires.

A home is not a portfolio piece. It is where someone wakes up, where they come back to after a long day, where they are unobserved. We design for that person, not for a camera.

The spaces we build are meant to be lived in for decades — not documented for a season. That's why we work slowly. That's why we say no more often than yes. That's why our clients usually find us through someone they trust, not through an ad.

 Private residences — Villas, apartments, estates. Full architecture and interior commissions from concept to completion, typically 12–30 months.

Family compounds — Multi-generational homes across Egypt and the Gulf, designed as connected but private environments.

Select commercial — A small number of projects per year for clients whose offices and spaces require the same sensibility as their homes.

We do not take on small-scale or short-timeline projects, and we accept roughly four new commissions a year. The current waiting list opens in spring 2026.
