These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of any design commission — that is a separate written agreement signed by both sides before work begins.
A portfolio. It shows work Xforms Studio has designed since 2007. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to take on a project, and nothing on it forms a contract.
Unless a caption says otherwise, every project shown was designed by this studio and built. Where a project is marked Photographed, the images are professional photographs of the finished building. Where it is not, the images are the studio's own visualisations of the design that was built. Where a project is marked Concept or On site, the mark says so plainly. We would rather be accurate than flattering.
The drawings, photographs, visualisations, text and design of this website belong to Xforms Studio or to the clients and photographers who commissioned them. Please do not reproduce them commercially, or present them as your own, without asking us first. If you would like to publish or reference a project, write to us — the answer is usually yes.
Sending an enquiry does not create a professional relationship. We accept a limited number of projects a year, and we will tell you honestly if we are not the right studio for yours.
We keep this site current, but details such as timescales, project areas and completion dates are given in good faith and may change. If you spot something wrong, please tell us and we will correct it.
